About me

profile

Welcome! I'm Leon.

I am a PhD student in geophysics who has been bitten by the bug that lives in the computer. Currently, I am developing PyDRex, which is a Python library that can be used to simulate the response of minerals in Earth's mantle to strain.

Articles that I write on here will express a fraction of my ideas on topics like coding, science, music, philosophy, history and more. I also play the violin and viola.

I will usually host source code for my projects on SourceHut, but I also use GitHub for that. See the links below for featured repositories.
